my baby got red small spots on her legs on her feet and she says itchy what can be done

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl1 Year agoA. Currently you can apply coconut oil onto the affected area and get it checked with your doctor once a doctor check then they can confirm the problem so you should actually just use coconut oil as of now that will help
