My baby got rashes on her face and body I am using all jonson product is it because of that???

Oh yes sometime when the products that you use do not suit the skin or body of the child rashes can happen because of that also so currently you should stop using anything and everything it could be due to the oil also if you’re using any so right now you should just wash the body with water and apply calamine lotion on the entire body and face
