my baby got pimple type on body n itchy is also there I had use soapex soap but no use

DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is 25 months old and he is having some allergic eruption and it’s itching too much so give give him syrup cetzine 5 ml twice a day and apply ointment fluticasone at night
