My baby got his 1.5months vaccination yesterday,he is having fever ,should i give him bath today?

If it is not necessary for you to give a bath to the child then you can avoid because the weather is cold unnecessarily the child will fall sick the fever will increase so if you can avoid you should and if you want that I should give a bath then you can give it’s not a problem but it’s better to avoid
