My baby got heat boils on his forehead how to treat it ..it’s about to burst and come out does it require any oral antibiotics or any t bact oilment is fine

If They are almost bursting out then it is just not simple pimple or rash it is some allergy you please consult your doctor ones regarding the same because it needs to be checked properly to know as to what kind of rashes or allergy or child is having an accordingly a treatment can be advised
