my baby got fever today he is having cold and a rash also develop on his hand and face and nowhere else

give syp paracetomol for fever, if no improvement, rashes gets more severe and spread in diffrent part of body, do meet your doctor.

Please get your baby personally checked by the paediatrician and seek medical guidance. Maintain a good personal hygiene routine and complete the course of treatment as advised by the doctor.
