my baby got a diaper rash after using rash free cream it shows more then she is now suffering urine infection what should I do now 🥹. she is taking antibiotics

Apply Boroline anti septic cream and you should start toilet training your child so that you can get rid of the diapers and continue with the medication as recommended by the doctor for urine infection but Boroline will definitely help a lot and reducing it over
