my baby got 2.5 months vaccination on 24th march evening and had fever till today morning. we had easy six( fever come vaccination for dpt, hib and hepa). His feed is very low from yesterday till now. is that normal?? how can I improve his feed like before? #Vaccination

A. Hello, your baby boy is 75 days old and he has received a vaccinations at 10 weeks the hexavalent injection and he got a fever from 24 th March so give him frequent breast feeding and paracetamol 1 ml sos
