My baby girls 2 months old and she scracthed on her face and there is a cut like the image. Should i consult with doctor or what should i apply here to recover faster

A. hellp please cut baby nails often n also use mold baby face creak like babyhug can help n any cincern them is better to chk ur doctor n she will be able.to guide u accordingly
