my baby girl with birth wegt 3.57 kg, peeing more than 8 times in 24 hours and pooping daily, but weight at 50 days is 3.9 kgs only, other factors like head circumference and hegt have increased, what should i do

Namaste Mom Actually babies tend to lose some weight after birth they first regain the birth weight and then start to put on the weight as such monthly gain is expected in the range of 400 gm to 1 kg and by the age of 4 to 6 months they double their birth weight
