Q.

my baby girl will turn 4months in a week. she is healthy n of proper weight. I am worried whether the breast milk will be sufficient for her for another 2 months..? when should I introduce solids to her?

A. exclusive breastfeeding till 6 months of age supplement with semi solids after 6 months alongwith breastfeed can continue breastfeeding thereafter till baby and mother wishes too breastmilk is always sufficient for a baby till 6 months of age

A. If after feeding you will start feeling light on that particular side of your breast and your baby is active and healthy and playful and passing urine 10 to 15 times in a day that means your baby is getting sufficient milk supply
