My baby girl weights 5.3 kg and she is 4 month completed. her birth weight was 3 kg ... is my baby's weight gain is normal.. we are planning to start Ragi sere ( semi solids) kindly suggest.

A. 5.3 kg weight n weight gain is good. Breast milk is nature’s perfect food for babies.Breast milk contains the perfect mix of fat, protein and carbohydrate for the babies till 6 month of age. so don't start solids early.
