my baby girl weight is 5 kg she is 5 month old soon to be 6 months in 6 days but from 1 half month her weight is 5kg only she is taking only formula feed from birth. I was giving her lactogen till 3month know I have changed her formula milk also to Nan pro although she is very active what should I do for her weight

See if you have to check as per the birth you know whether your child is gaining well or not a child should gain minimum 500 g in a month by completing the age of six months a child child should be 3 kg more than the birth rate so you’ll have to check accordingly still if you feel it is less than in that case you will have to have an assessment with your doctor
