my baby girl was born at 37 weeks and 5 days...her birth weight was 2.7 kgs height - 49 cms head circumference - 33 cms yesterday at her 6 week vaccination she was with the following measures weight 4 kgs height - 55 cms head circumference - 35 cms is she growing well or is there any parameter which is a concern?

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy1 Year agoA. the weight of the child is within normal limits so please do not worry and yes you can continue the regular diet that is breastfeeding of the child and regular burping
