My baby girl turns a month old baby...her face and eyebrow side have little bit allergy like rashes what was reason about that..pls tell me the solution

Maintain hygiene
Wash area often with lukewarm water
Wash hands often before touching your baby
Apply coconut oil or olive oil
Apply calamine lotion twice daily
Take a good care of your baby
