My baby girl’s body feel hot when touched but temperature scale says it below 98.8 What should I do

A. 99°F is generally considered fever your child is heading towards it so if you want you can give paracetamol to the child if the temperature touches 99 as of now you can do little bit of cold which will actually help a lot in reducing the temperature from the body
