My baby girl's birth weight was 2.7 kg and today she is 4 months old and her weight is 4.7 kg. she is reaching every milestone too early but I have concern about her weight

You should actually be more sorted about the weight of your child maybe you do not know this logic behind calculating the weight so I’ll tell you about 500 g in a month minimum expectations if you look at it exact 2 kg your child has gained which is very good sign
