My baby girl's age is 15 months and body weight is 11kg For the last 10 days She is having common cold and runny nose Our Dr suggested Synarest AF syrup, but got no relief. Can you please suggest medicine for this along with dosage

Sunita MahatoMom of 2 children4 years agoA. sinarest af is good..to treat cold and cough.. give steam inhalation.. use nasoclear saline drops.. apply warm mustard oil on baby chest back feet and gently massage at bed time..
