my baby girl not proper weight gain. she is just 5 kg it is about worried or not

A. dear parent, if your baby is active, alert, passing urine more than 7 times in 24 hours, achieving all growth milestones, gaining adequate weight at least 500 grams per month then you should not be worried.

A. but she is gaining 700-800gm per month last 3 month se she is not gaining.bhut km increase ho rha hai ab weight
