Q.

My baby girl is six months old now. She was totally on breastfeed. Now I want to start semi solid. I need a baby diet chart for help.

A. dear Mum, now that your baby is 6 months old, you should begin with homemade foods like porridges (like rice, Ragi, wheat flour , moong dal and rice flour mix) , kheer then dal-rice with vegetables, veg khichadi, soft mashed fruits, curd. later mashed paneer. start with 3-4 tsp and then about half katori per meal about 2 to 3 meals per day.
