A. hi have you checked your milk supply? it happens because of low or fast flow of milk so please check it if it is low, you can start taking supplements like leptadin tablet or shatavary granular with warm milk twice in a day but if it is fast, I advise to Express some milk with hands or breastpump and then offer direct breastfeeding
