Q.

my baby girl is now 3months 10days old her birth weight is 2.95 and now she is only 4.7kgs is this normal I am giving her only breastmilk

A. good baby is exclusively on breast feed.. it is exclusively breast feeding recommended for six months.. mother milk helps in weight gain.. babies gain around 500-800g per month and should be double the birth weight at 4-6months and three times the birth weight at completion of one year..
