my baby girl is now 18months old and her WBC is 19.8.is it normal

A. my pediatric said it is normal no need to worry because there is no symptoms at all

A. You have to check it as per the referral range you have posted the report alongside if it is within the referral range it is good if it is more or less than it may be a problem so kindly post the report and all the figures necessarily associated with that
