A. dear parent, for weight gain of your 1 year old baby girl, give a balanced diet having all the food groups now you should be giving all the foods that you prepare in your house. Give top food 4 to 5 times a day and up to one katori every time. Also give one healthy snack in between. Give nuts like almond, dry fruits. All seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. Proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, milk and milk products, chicken. At least 500 ml of milk and milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. Avoid fruit juice and instead give the whole fruit. avoid intake of junk and packet foods

A. Give more a vegetarian and non-vegetarian protein to the child ideally this is going to be the right choice for You raise would completely depend how well a Joe child going to gain weight that also Neela couple of time we have seen that this can happen due to nutritional deficiencies were so I would suggest you to get that checked as well to have a better surety on the situation
