Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children1 Year agoA. a baby will start Sitting with support by 6 months of age and by 7 to 8 months baby will sit without support than by 9 months usually baby crawls and in 10 months baby will stand with support.
After 12 to 15 months baby wiliujl start Walking independently and sometimes it may take even longer but in no case any Walker should be avoided as it can cause recurrent fall injury and delay in the walking because the child lacks confidence of walking independently.

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl1 Year agoA. The child should learn to sit independently by the time of 8 to 8 1/2 months and if by then the child is unable to sit on its own then means there is a delay in the growth in that case it would be suggested to get it checked with your doctor for sure
