my baby girl is around 3 years..she has fair skin..her vaginal colour has changed in extra white in colour compare to her real skin colour and always itching in that part..is it normal?

Are you using diapers frequently or you are still using diapers in this age because a lot of parents do okay so it could be because of that that the itching is there because of irritation in the skin and if not then clean that area by taking a mile and septic liquid and warm water and clean it properly and apply Boroline antiseptic cream hopefully this will help and if it doesn’t then you need to see your doctor
