A. Massage the gums with a clean cold cotton cloth and give teethers to chew on. incase no relief then visit a pediatrician. for the night you can give a pain killer which you might have given earlier during fever as prescribed by your doctor.

A. Use a cold washcloth to rub the gum. ... If your baby has started gnawing and is already on solids, you may give them something they can chew on, such as a cucumber.
