Q.

My Baby girl is 6 months old. She has a lot of cold, continuously she's sneezing and got fever twice yesterday, 100.4 and 100.2 degree. I gave her Calpol drops (SOS) and T-minic drops 0.5 ml thrice. But now as per Dr Ghous' advise, I am giving Ascoril Flu drops 0.5 ml thrice, steam inhalation and nasal saline drops but what to do if Fever persists again.

A. for fever in the baby you can give calpol drops 1 ml three times a day Cold and cough in the babies are because of viral infections which will take at least five to six days time to subside it is advisable to do steam inhalation frequently to liquefy the secretions as well put nasoclear saline drops in the nose of the baby
