my baby girl is 5 years old. she has some pimples like dane on face n body. what is it? how can she get rid off? plz suggests.

please consult with your doctor regarding this once as he will guide you better after proper examination and analyzing.
meanwhile the soap or lotion you are applying quit using that may be that is reactive to baby's skin.
apply coconut oil all over the skin and make wear comfortable cotton clothes only
