my baby girl is 44days old now. since 2days she did not poop, what am I do

No worries as a child can go without pooping for 7 to 10 days also at a stretch is normal for them to be constipated in this age but you have to take care of this thing that the child should pass sufficient amount of urine and should take proper feeds without any hassle or discomfort
