my baby girl is 4 months old now I can give breastfeeding in sleeping position

please dont give breastfeeding in this position
i am sharing my experience here for your understanding..
when my child was newborn baby , i used to feed her in lying down position but i was not aware at that time ki newborns digestive system is not fully developed and so if we give feeding in lying down position ,baby might not able to drink well and milk get collected at point where ears and throat are connected from each other which cause ear infection in babies.
my child got the ear infection due to this .
so to prevent it , i suggest to avoid this position
