as it has many disadvantages, most importantly it leads to ear infection.
i will advise you to feed your baby in sitting position.

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 9 m old boy10 months agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. It is advisable to feed the baby in upright position. LPlease make sure that the baby is in a correct position to latch to the breast properly. Please massage your breast gently before feeding the baby. Please check for any oral thrush in the Baby and clean it if it is there. Also, also check for any nasal blockage in the baby, which might be preventing the baby to suck the milk.
