my baby girl is 4 month old she is vomiting after breastfeeding vomiting from 2 months,&I consult the doctor,. doctor said she's weight is gaining monthly so no problem she's birth weight is 2.800gm & present weight is 5.400 gm

A. Dear parent, vomiting is common among babies, do not worry. Burp baby after every feed. Keeping the head and chest at a level higher than stomach helps to reduce the chances of vomit. If baby is active, alert, passing urine more than 7 times a day, achieving all growth milestones, gaining adequate weight at least 500 grams per month then it indicates good health.
