A. at this age you have to offer everything which is made at home to your child. you have to give 500 ml milk everyday and you can either give milk or milk products but the amount should be total of 500 ml you have to give at least one and half katori rice and one katori dal everyday you have to give at least one and half katori vegetables everyday you have to give at least oone and half katori wheat/roti products to the child everyday you have to give at least two fruits everyday you can go for different recipes and flavours according to your local delicacies and diets you can add ghee as well as dry fruits to the diet.

A. It Should be 16 kgs by the age of four years so definitely your child is having wait for a two year old child as of now it’s 4 KG underweight so that’s not good in this case you can consult a paediatrician 1st to understand as to why your child is not gaining weight and accordingly supplement or require can also be suggested
