A. Dear mum, weight of 4.7 kg is a normal weight for 3 months old baby. For healthy weight gain, you should exclusively breastfeed till the completion of 6 months. At one episode of breast feeding, feed from only one breast so that baby receives fat rich hindmilk which will help in weight gain.
