You should give a homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables.
You can give all family foods the way you prepare at your home. You can give mushrooms as well. Give little amount in beginning and see how baby tolerates it.
You can give eggs and non veg foods. At least 500 ml of milk every day including milk products like curd, paneer, cheese.
Variety of grains, cereal, pulses and legumes.
Add ghee to baby’s food.
