My baby girl is 3 years old and she frequently gets tongue ulcer... What's the reason behind? When I apply mouth ulser gel it goes away but then it comes back She eats 3 time proper meal and drinks milk in feeding bottle at night

Consult with your doctor in person for proper physical examination and treatment
Apply mouth sore gel
Try alternative therapy like homeopathic
Give folic acid tablet
Give three meal and two snacks
Maintain hydration
Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs regularly
