A. To help baby gain weight, it is important to include fatty and protein rich foods like potato, rice, pumpkin, sweet potato, eggs, chicken, fish, legumes, ghee, milkshakes with dry fruits, banana, avocado and 550 to 600 ml milk everyday. Feed 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks and keep him/her well hydrated with variety of fluids like water, buttermilk, fresh juices and coconut water.
