My baby girl is 3 year 2month old my child will be having more ear pain what medicine shall I give

You can give paracetamol to the child as painkiller and carry evaluated with an ENT doctor because without that we cannot suggest you any eardrops or medicine to use because first you need to figure out what is the reason behind it and then only you can proceed with medication to use
