Q.

My baby girl is 3 months old and I only breastfeed her but she gets gastric troubles a lot. What should be done ? Also she is making constipated sounds from few days but she is passing motions normally.

A. she can be given dome medicine. you can show the baby to a pediatric doctor who will check and find the right diagnosis and treat wellsee more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide you
