Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. most of the babies will be gaining around 20 to 25 grams per day in first 3 months of age afterwards the weight gain is not much in the baby .

Nihita mittalMom of 4 children4 years agoA. good evening I would recommend that you should try to massage baby on a daily basis it is very important for weight gain apart from giving mothers milk to the baby on a daily basis massaging plays an important role
