my baby girl is 3&1/2 months now ,her skin is so dry,doctors says don't use any oil,powder ,soap, lotion so I don't use any thing but still her skin is dry what can I do for she

Apply coconut oil or olive oil twice daily
Or lotion twice daily
Give adequate feeding
You can use Babyhug lotion twice daily to reduce dry skin
