Q.

My baby girl is 2years old… she doesn’t chew her food at all ..At last I gave her liquid food ….. what should I do?

A. Namaste Mom, Stop doing that , otherwise the child will never learn and the mroe late you try to teach the more difficult it gets. Have them sit along with you when either of you is having food, give him all that you are eating, give in small shapes and sizes, tell them stories as on teeth and its uses

A. Mam I try everything ….first she took my half an hour just to eat half roti and now doesn’t chew one bite ….she accumulates her bites in the mouth

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. try to make baby sit along with family when whole family is eating amd serve in his favorite plate , and sit along with him to help , and train to chew the food, do not grind the food but you can soak chapati in daal fully so it can be chewable or soft for baby. serve boiled soft veggies, curd, shakes, buttermilk, sheera etc. Thanks and take care
