my baby girl is 25 days old. she has red acne on her face. Is neosporin ointment is good for her.

RuheelaMom of a 12 yr 10 m old boy2 years agoA. Try to look for the reason of the acne... it may be wetness around the mouth or some garment. Try to avoid the cause. Second, keep her face clean and dry, and avoid ointment. if you are not able to track the reason, please consult a paediatrician.
