My baby girl is 25 days old and she is have watery motion from past 4 days and she as red rashes. The doctor we consulted gave b4 nappies for rashes please suggest how to stop watery motion and is it good to use cloth diaper

A. hello you may start on z and d drops 0.5ml once a day for 2 weeks ns also give breast feeding ors if more and coconut oil.may be applied along rash cream
