Q.

My baby girl is 2 years and 1 month. She has been taking Nanpro 4. I’am wondering if now is a good time to switch to basic cow milk? And what should I add to it…pediasure? or something else?

A. your baby is already 2 year old now you can start giving cow or buffalo milk and you can also mix some health drink with it you need to give pediasure only if your pediatrician has advised according to indication
