my baby girl is 2 year.... she have a hole in outer part of year....its happening in two days.... It hurts my baby... I don't know what to do... pls help me... I attach that picture...

sorry but it is hard to judge anything from a photo.
as it needs physical examination,I advise you to visit your pediatrician for proper evaluation
please don't try any homemade remedies
maintain good hygiene
