give five meals this includes two healthy snacks
give more than One Katori every time
the meals should be wholesome having variety of food groups like grains, pulses/non veg
vegetables green leafy vegetables fruits
dairy products like curd paneer
nuts.
add ghee to baby's food.
control intake of high sugar, oil and salt containing food and beverages processed packaged foods.
NikithaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello some kids are slow weight gainers and if the baby is active then weight is not a problem and make sure to give your child healthy and nutritious well balanced food in the diet and include fruits and vegetables and green leafy vegetables and dry fruits and dairy products
