Q.
My baby girl is 2 year and 8 month old and she weighs only 9.5 kg(height 84 cm ,birth weight 2.3kg)her twin brother weighs 11.5 kg and his birth weight was 1.8 kg.she won't eat any food...is she underweight?how can I solve this?

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom yes she is under weight for her range for weight . But if she is active enough for his age not a concern as her birth weight was also low and no two children even if twins are the same.
Try to give her foods by at times changing the forms of it . Make their meal time fun, and now they should be given almost usual foods made at home for the family , no much restrictions now.
