Q.
my baby girl is 2 months old and her weight is 3k 270g and during birth time her weight is 2.6kg...so her weight now is ok???

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children2 years agoA. double the birth weight by 5 months. if there is no relief it is advisable to see the doctor for proper examination if there is need for proper investigations also both for diagnosis and treatment

A minimum gain of the child’s weight should be 4 to 500 g in a month with what you have mentioned it seems like your child has gained a minimum of 400 g in a month which is decent enough but from my side I would advise you to start giving formula feeding at least one time in a day
